Who takes responsibility for the sample?

This is a self-sampling service. The customer is responsible for taking the sample in accordance with the provided instructions.

What happens if a result is positive?

If Legionella is detected, the laboratory report will confirm the level detected. Your Responsible Person or water hygiene provider can then review the results and determine appropriate control measures.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout. A VAT invoice is provided for all orders.

What happens if the sample is taken incorrectly?

As this is a self-sampling service, Focus On Testing Ltd cannot be responsible for sample quality or handling once the kit has been provided. Please follow the instructions carefully to help ensure valid results.
